The Customer/buyer is expected to physically verify the product upon its receipt.

Return Policy:
No warranty is applicable for Spares.

Cancellation Policy:
We accept cancellation of your orders, before the order acceptance at our end.
Cancellation charges of 2% of the order value would be levied.
Any cancellation thereafter will not be accepted.

Warranty policy:
No warranty is applicable for Spares.

After sales support:
We offer after sales support via remotely or by deputing our service engineer at customer’s place.

Commissioning charges:
Chargeable basis towards deputation of service engineer at site. Minimum charge is ₹12,000/- per man day basis including fooding & lodging.
