Free replacement or repairs can be offered, in-case of any manufacturing defect in the products purchased from us.

In-case of replacement, buyer will be requested to send the defective material to the seller, and the seller shall ship the new material, only after the receipt of the defective material.

Conditions for the accepting product returns are as given below:

Material delivered in a physically damaged condition Repair of the damaged part
Delivered material has missing parts or accessories, than ordered Delivery of the missing parts, as per order only
Delivered material is different than placed ordered Delivery of the material originally ordered
Cost of the return shipping will be borne by us if, it denotes that the fault is on us.
After the return or exchange has cleared its inspection, you will be notified on the exchange.
Process to be followed for material return:
Kindly raise a return & service request within 3 to 5 days of material delivery.
• Inform us via support desk email or support desk number
• Prepare package for dispatch
• Send the package on Paid basis
• Package receipt at our end
• Repair or replacement within 10 to 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned material
We accept cancellation of your orders, before the order acceptance at our end (Notify you over mail).
Cancellation charges of 2% of the complete order value would be levied.
Any cancellation thereafter will not be accepted.
Products purchased from us via ABB Marketplace, has a warranty of 12 months from the date of Sales Invoice, which covers the manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
After sales support:
• Telephonically Service support can be provided to user on FOC basis
• Whatsapp Video call can also be provided, if customer require.
• Service support can provide from 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (except Public holidays)
• Commissioning will be done by us on chargeable basis @ Rs.5000 per man day basis. To & fro II AC / Air fare, lodging, boarding & local conveyance will be in your scope.
• How ever Erection of equipment, Control Panel, Disconnect Switch, Cables (Power & Control) and cabling shall not be in our scope of supply.
• GST 18% extra on actual charges.
• Payment 100% advance along with order.
• Visit charges will be applicable if, site not completed due to any Hardware, Electrical or Mechanical cause.
