Terms & Conditions for Return, Refund and Cancellation policy along with Customer Contact details to provide support
Reason for Return/Replacement Resolution
If supplied materials are delivered in Damaged condition, replacement process will be initiated from us after receipt of damaged material and clears inspection. Intimation to be given to supplier within 2 days from the date of delivery.
If supplied materials are delivered with missing accessories, missing parts will be dispatched immediately after receipt of intimation to us and intimation to be given within 2 days from date of delivery.
If supplied materials are not as per the Order, then the correct material will be dispatched immediately after receipt of intimation to us and intimation to be given within 2 days from date of delivery. Wrongly supplied material should be returned in salable condition with factory packing
The process to follow for material return:
• Inform us via email or support person.
• Prepare package for dispatch
• Send pickup request
Cancellation Policy:
We accept the cancellation of your orders before the order acceptance by us..
Cancellation charges of 2% of the order value would be levied.
Cancellation is not possible once Order is accepted by us.
Warranty policy:
Products purchased from us via ABB eMart has a warranty of 12 months from the invoice date, which covers the manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
