The Customer/buyer is expected to physically verify the product upon its receipt.
For any complaint on the sold product buyer can contact the ABB India Toll free number: 1800 420 0707 from 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday (except Public holidays), or write an email to contact.center@in.abb.com, to raise a service request or to report a manufacturing defect on the products purchased from ABB e-mart. We will bear the freight charges if the material ordered is not as per order.
After the return or rectification of the material at our end you will be notified about the replacement.
Process to be followed for material return:
Kindly raise a return & service request within 7 to 10 days of material delivery.
• The material to be rebooked by client, proper package should be done which will prevent damage in transit.
• For any service complaint, nearby service centre will take care of it and if the motor cannot be repaired on site the motor has to send to the service centre on freight paid basis.
Cancellation Policy:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Warranty policy:
We guarantee the Electric Motor against defective material and workmanship of 12 Months from the date of invoice. Under this guarantee, we undertake to replace or repair at our option the motor or any defective parts thereof that need replacement or repair by reason of defective material or workmanship within the warranty period provided that, if we so require, the motor/parts are sent to our works as we may determine, at the buyer's expense.
This warranty will lapse if the motor is opened or its parts are tampered with by unauthorized persons. Under no circumstances we undertake liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature.
