ï‚· Orders that are placed on Fridays after 12:00 pm will be shipped on Monday of the coming
week.
ï‚· Orders will be delivered within time frame via hand delivery or via a reputed
transport/courier service.
ï‚· The Customer/buyer is expected to physically verify the product upon its receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
ï‚· We accept cancellation of the orders before order acceptance at our end.
ï‚· Cancellation charges of 2% of the order value would be levied.
ï‚· Any cancellation thereafter will not be accepted.
Return and Replacement Policy:
The products that we deal in are usually non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged,
defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as
applicable, provided we have been informed within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Any issues
reported after 24 hours will not be accepted. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect
in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
 Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a
condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different
from their description on the product detail page on ABB.
Note: Our return window is of 7 days from the delivery of the products.
ï‚· Return will be processed only if:
o it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
o the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
o the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP
tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
o in case of defective products, the resolution will be based on the evaluation report.
ï‚· Accept packages which are properly sealed. Acceptance of a tampered or a damaged box
will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products,
incorrect product, or missing accessories.
Guidelines for initiating a return/ replacement:
ï‚· You have to self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking
capabilities. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return:
o A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return
package); and
o Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package).
ï‚· Return shipping costs will be refunded if the reason highlighted is found true.
Warranty:
The warranty policy is per the standard policy of the company, ABB. Please refer to ABB’s general
warranty terms and conditions for more details.
